ICW Return Policy
Please follow these instructions to return your product:
- Contact ICW by phone or by completing the RMA request form provided below. Requests for return of standard products will be accepted within 30 days of the date of invoice. No return requests will be granted for discontinued products or custom products, including custom paint or coating.
- Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging; must prominently display the RMA number on the packaging; and include a copy of the RMA with the product. Customer is responsible for return freight costs and any damages caused in shipping. ICW must receive the product within 15 days from the issue date of the RMA to ensure proper credit.
- Unauthorized returns or any returned merchandise that does not have an RMA number will be refused by ICW and returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
- No restocking fee will be charged if the RMA is requested within 30 days from invoice date and the product returned is in perfect condition and in its original packaging within 15 days.
- A minimum 15% restocking fee will be charged for products returned after RMA expiration (15 days from issue date), RMA Requests received later than 30 days from invoice date, or on RMA's of orders over 20 items. Restocking fees will be determined upon ICW inspection of product when received. Product that has been damaged will also incur restoration fees.
- Our products are built to order, we have found it nessesary to charge a fee on orders over 20 items.
- No RMAs will be issued after 60 days from invoice date.
