The company has reached a stage in its growth cycle where it needs the expertise of experienced individuals to aid in its growth. ICW therefore invites applicants to apply for the following openings:
1) Production Design Engineer
This position is a member of our R & D team that supports all design aspects of our product line to ensure functionality, innovation and quality. The right person will be able to demonstrate a high level of design ability, mechanical aptitude and creativity. These skills, matched with a sound knowledge of engineering principles, fit and finish plus a commitment to quality makes you a prime candidate for this position. A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design or an Engineering related field or at least three years of related professional experience is required. We use Solidworks and proficiency in this software would be a definite plus.
3) Materials Manager
ICWUSA.com, Inc., located in Medford, is a relatively young, rapidly growing manufacturer of superior, high quality ergonomic mounting systems. Our expansion has created the need to hire a Materials Manager.
The Materials Manager is responsible for planning and directing all purchasing and materials activities. This includes the development, implementation and maintenance of inventory control processes, ensuring security and accountability of inventory, documenting transactions and developing inventory programs to maximize turn ratios.
The qualifications for this position include 5 or more years progressive experience in materials management in a manufacturing environment with APICS certification a plus. Also, having a B.S. degree in Operations Business Mgmt or other relevant field and familiarity with Intuitive software a plus. Must have understanding of lean manufacturing principles and have experience in implementing planning and forecasting systems with strong proficiency in computer programs such as Excel, Word and Access for data analysis and reporting.
4) Product/Sales Specialist
The Product Specialist is responsible for entering sales orders and fielding
all customers inquires. We need a candidate who can become an expert on
our product line so that they can provide our customers with detailed specifications
on installation, utilization, pricing and delivery of all ICW products. This
person not only works with customers but with our manufacturing and assembly
departments. This position needs someone who has excellent interpersonal
skills and is a team player.
Qualifications for this position include at least 2 years of customer service
or sales, excellent computer skills and accuracy entering data with typing skills
at a minimum of 30 words per minute. We also require good analytical and
problem solving skills with a pleasing phone personality.
